This book is an eclectic collection of articles and photographs submitted by various members of the former Landsmannschaft der Deutsche aus Litauen. Subjects vary from community history, stories of the relocation in 1941 and the fleeing to Germany in 1944/45, and is complimented with wonderful historical photographs throughout. Also included are more contemporary articles from the Deutsche aus Litauen and their experiences in their new homeland of Germany.

The IAGL would like to thank O. McCafferty II for his donation of this book to the IAGL’s library.
