Litauen und Seine Deutschen was published by the Göttinger Arbeitskreis in 1955 as part of the “year book” (Jahrbuch der Albertus-Universität) of the former Albertus University that was once home to Königsberg in East Prussia.
This particular issue of the Jahrbuch features articles related to the Germans from Lithuania. It contains 6 articles mainly dealing with political commentary about the situation in Lithuania at the time, historical events which impacted Lithuania’s status during the 1950’s, and questions about Lithuania’s future.
